By accessing or using the tokenuze platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. tokenuze reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have completed our KYC verification process to use the investment features of tokenuze. Users from sanctioned jurisdictions are prohibited from accessing the platform.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify tokenuze immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Investment Risks

All investments made through tokenuze involve risk, including the potential loss of principal. Tokenized assets are subject to market fluctuations, illiquidity risk, and regulatory changes. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Token Ownership

Asset tokens purchased on the platform represent fractional ownership in a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) that holds the underlying asset. Token holders have legal rights as outlined in the applicable offering documents for each asset.

6. Fees and Charges

tokenuze charges platform fees, transaction fees, and management fees as disclosed in the fee schedule available on the platform. All fees are subject to change with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the tokenuze platform are owned by tokenuze Technologies Ltd. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE, or through arbitration as mutually agreed upon.
