While tokenuze provides a secondary marketplace for trading asset tokens, there is no guarantee of liquidity. You may not be able to sell your tokens at a desired price or at all, particularly during periods of market stress.

Blockchain technology, smart contracts, and digital wallets carry inherent risks including software bugs, network congestion, protocol changes, and cybersecurity threats. While our smart contracts are audited, no system is entirely immune to technical failures.

The performance of your investment depends on third parties including property managers, custodians, and SPV administrators. The failure or underperformance of any of these parties may negatively impact your returns.

Investments on tokenuze are denominated in USD stablecoins. If your base currency differs, fluctuations in exchange rates may affect the value of your investment and any distributions received.
