Risk Disclosure

Last updated: March 1, 2026

1. General Investment Risks

Investing in tokenized real-world assets involves significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of your tokens may fluctuate and you may not receive back the amount you originally invested.

2. Market Risk

The value of tokenized assets is linked to the performance of the underlying real-world assets and broader market conditions. Real estate values, commodity prices, and infrastructure yields can decline due to economic downturns, changes in interest rates, or geopolitical events.

3. Liquidity Risk

While tokenuze provides a secondary marketplace for trading asset tokens, there is no guarantee of liquidity. You may not be able to sell your tokens at a desired price or at all, particularly during periods of market stress.

4. Regulatory Risk

The regulatory landscape for digital assets and tokenized securities is evolving. Changes in laws or regulations in the UAE or other jurisdictions may adversely affect the value, transferability, or legality of your token holdings.

5. Technology Risk

Blockchain technology, smart contracts, and digital wallets carry inherent risks including software bugs, network congestion, protocol changes, and cybersecurity threats. While our smart contracts are audited, no system is entirely immune to technical failures.

6. Counterparty Risk

The performance of your investment depends on third parties including property managers, custodians, and SPV administrators. The failure or underperformance of any of these parties may negatively impact your returns.

7. Currency Risk

Investments on tokenuze are denominated in USD stablecoins. If your base currency differs, fluctuations in exchange rates may affect the value of your investment and any distributions received.

8. No Investment Advice

tokenuze is a technology platform and does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any investment decisions. All offering documents should be read carefully before investing.
