We employ industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. KYC documents are stored in encrypted Supabase Storage with role-based access controls. We conduct regular security audits.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with regulatory authorities as required by law, KYC/AML verification providers, blockchain networks (public wallet addresses only), and service providers under strict data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of 5 years after account closure to comply with UAE regulatory requirements. You may request deletion of non-regulated data at any time.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent for marketing communications, request data portability, and lodge complaints with relevant data protection authorities.
